I offer a tailored approach to therapy, working with individuals and couples, offering you a safe and caring environment to talk. Whether you are looking for assistance in understanding deep rooted childhood issues, for coping strategies to help deal with day to day existence or something in-between, I can assist you in these endeavours. I have experience in helping clients with a wide range of issues including depression, stress and anxiety, coping with addictions and other presenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, tailoring our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I am integratively trained with a BA (Hons) in Counselling, this allows me to work using a variety of modalities, including (but not limited to) Existential, Gestalt, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and CBT. I model my practice on both the clients needs as well as their preferences.
I would suggest an initial conversation, this can be online or by phone and last approximately 15 minutes, during which we will be able to discuss your needs.
