I am highly experienced in compassion based trauma therapy, EMDR, cognitive processing trauma, critical event debriefing, suicide/violence prevention, relationship interventions, risk assessment and risk management, professional stress management, clients/patients counselling and psycho education groups/workshops. My approach is always eclectic/integrative combining the humanistic/psychodynamic/CBT in a harmonious way. I am willing to fulfil you needs , to accept you as you are, with compassion and respect.
I have always applied the generosity/gratefulness, positive psychology which is bringing up in our brain the chemicals responsible for altruism/happiness/cooperation giving us lower rates of anxiety/depression/conflict. Our aim will be to explore the roots of your distress and to improve your wellbeing equipping you with more adaptive coping strategies.
