I'm an integrated therapist that works with clients with a variety of presenting issues. I work with Teenagers and young people, as well as adults. I have experience working with trauma, addictions and grief and loss. As well as fertility, depression and anxiety.
I offer a space of acceptance and understanding. I provide a confidential safe space for clients. By working together through depression, anxiety, stress and trauma, in a non judgemental way. I have space to work face to face with clients, but also provide online appointments.
I offer a safe space for clients to explore the feelings they are experiencing. By walking alongside them in this journey to navigate self awareness and personal growth.
