Perhaps you’re navigating neurodivergence, the impact of trauma, identity changes, relationship difficulties or the emotional demands of work or family life. You might be used to coping alone and now want space to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, make sense of patterns, and feel more grounded, confident and connected in your life and relationships.
I’m an NCPS-registered counsellor offering integrative, trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive therapy. With core training in Transactional Analysis, I support individuals and couples to explore patterns, relationships and identity. I have particular experience working with neurodivergence, blue light professionals, women’s hormonal health and parenting.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if you’re used to being the one who copes. I offer a calm, compassionate and confidential space where you’ll be met with curiosity, respect and care. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you feel understood, supported and more able to move forward.
