I specialise in anxiety, stress, trauma and emotional regulation. I offer integrative, trauma-informed therapy, including body-based awareness and nervous system work. I am trained in the Human Givens Rewind Technique, an effective short-term approach for phobias and distressing traumatic experiences. Sessions are tailored to your pace and individual needs.
