With 1 in 4 people experiencing mental health difficulties such as depression and anxiety there is more and more need for people to find support and help when they need it. I believe that therapy is journey that we will travel together, working as a team to overcome your difficulties.
I have over 10 years’ experience of delivering CBT and counselling across a number of different sectors, as a fully accredited CBT therapist with the BABCP. Due to my wide experience base of working in primary care mental health and private practice, I can deliver short term or more longer-term in-depth therapy, either face to face, over the phone or skype.
Because your difficulties do not always fit neatly in to a box and life is fluid, I aim to build clients an individualised treatment plan drawing on my Counselling and CBT qualifications, so that you receive the treatment you need.
