I have experience supporting individuals through bereavement, domestic abuse and trauma. It can feel lonely feeling the effects of these experiences and you might feel that you have no-one that you can talk to, I want to understand what it is that you are going through and then help you to find ways of coping and discover who you are now.
I provide a space, free from judgement, where I hope to help you increase your self-awareness, understanding of self, and support you, while you achieve what it is that has brought you to counselling.
I can support you in voicing your inner thoughts, naming your feelings, fears and aspirations and help you to process these feeling and experiences. I will help you to recognise the symptoms of your experiences and support you to become more self aware and provide techniques or resources that may help you.
