As a psychologist with ten years experience offering therapy, often to individuals with complex needs, I am passionate about helping you to break your cycles and understand why they occur. This can include offering a safe space to explore any history of difficult experiences which you still feel effect you.
I have an integrative approach to therapy. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of trauma, PTSD and anxiety using EMDR, which has a strong evidence base for effectiveness. I use Schema Therapy to explore longer term unhelpful patterns of behaviour for individuals who may have complex and childhood trauma or a diagnosis of personality disorder.
