Hi I’m Gemma, welcome to my profile. Counselling can be daunting and maybe you’re unsure of what you want which is why I offer my 1st Session less than half the fee for you to decide if I’m the right fit for you. I have many years of experience with anxiety, depression, confidence issues, fears and many more reasons people take up counselling. Are you experiencing intense emotions and feel like you’re unable to manage them in the way you would like?. Are you feeling sad, isolated and alone because of this. I specialise in anxiety, aswell as anger and depression and I work in many other areas which I don’t have enough space to write. I work with over 18s and all genders and I am equipped to work with most life issues. It can be scary to make the call, I understand. Try it for half price for 1 session and make your decision after then. No pressure to return
One of the things you may notice when you meet me is that I am, and have been known to be “just normal”. I don’t sit with a clip board, I am just a person with the tools to help you. I am not above anyone, it’s my goal to make you feel comfortable and completely accepted. There is nothing to bad/small/big to bring to therapy. Just come and meet me and see.
