I am a clinical psychologist with over 15 years experience in the NHS and private consultancy. I support adults who have experienced trauma; have relationship or attachment difficulties; and/or are stuck in patterns of anxiety, anger, shame or depression. I have further qualifications in EMDR and creative arts therapy, and use an integrative method that combines evidence-based talking therapies, with these more creative and somatic approaches.
This means our sessions might include more traditional therapeutic conversation, alongside guided trauma processing, art, writing, re-enactment, breathwork, or visualisation. We always work together to tailor an approach that works best for you and feels most comfortable.
