Deciding to attend therapy is a difficult decision. It is important that you find a therapist with whom you can feel comfortable, I aim to provide you with that experience. I believe there is no position or age from which positive change cannot be made and will support you in the process. Alternatively, if you have a goal that you wish to achieve, either personally or professionally, it is vital you find someone who can bring energy, enthusiasm and pragmatism to your sessions. I also have experience in the corporate space and provide seminars on a number of issues and coaching for groups.
I am an Integrative Therapist and Coach with experience of each client's multi-faceted, complex and changing needs. I offer Therapy, Coaching, Relationship Therapy and Psychosexual therapy. I also provide ADHD therapy and can provide ADHD coaching. I provide psychosexual therapy and can support clients with gender identity, sexuality, and intimacy issues.
I have a comfortable and light therapy space in which we can work together and I employ a creative as well as theoretical approach. I also offer walking sessions. I offer an initial short session free of charge as it is important that you feel comfortable and able to work with me so that we can build a beneficial therapeutic alliance.
