I am an integrative therapist and supervisor. I offer short and long term creative therapeutic support for children and young adults in a safe explorative space. I can help with range of issues, including anxiety, stress, anger, loss, grief, self-harm and the impact of trauma and conflict. Having worked with children and young people for over twenty years, I am experienced working with neurodivergence and diverse needs. I provide inclusive and accessible interventions including creative art, play, visual and narrative mediums.
I am patient, empathic and curious to help with understanding your difficulties. In the sessions we can explore your feelings and experiences. Support may include guidance on coping strategies, emotional regulation, somatic awareness, identity and resilience.
