I have over 18 years experience in treating common mental health difficulties. I am predominently trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which is a main evidence based therapy for many common mental health difficulties and also eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) to level 3. I integrate ACT and compassion focussed approaches.
