Hi, my name is Gemma and I'm a qualified integrative therapist and work with adults and young people. If you're experiencing anxiety, anger, feeling low or overwhelmed and feel unheard or misunderstood, I am here to listen and help.
Sometimes, it can feel isolating when these feelings persist, but I offer a safe and supportive space where you can share these feelings, without judgement.
My practice includes working part time within the education sector and proud affiliation with the Matthew Hackney Foundation where I address a wide variety of issues including low self esteem, self harm and anxiety.
My approach combines elements of different therapeutic techniques to tailor my support to your unique needs. Together, we can explore underlying causes and develop strategies to help you overcome any challenges and help you lead a more fulfilling life.
