Hello, I’m Gemma, a trauma-informed integrative therapist and supervisor. My approach is anti-oppressive and queer affirming. As a qualified 'Rewind' trauma practitioner, I also provide single-session trauma treatment where suitable. Like many, you may be grappling with feelings of anxiety, worry, or stress. Seeking counselling support can be a powerful step in managing these emotions and enhancing your well-being. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can openly explore the challenges in your life. Together, we’ll work to uncover new ways of understanding yourself.
As a trauma informed therapist, my experience covers many aspects of childhood trauma / experiences. I also have a special interest in exploring cultural and self-identity issues, including experiences with racism, discrimination, neurodiversity, gender identity, motherhood, parenthood and pregnancy and loss.
