Are you struggling with infertility? Does your dream of a baby get further away as each month passes? Are others asking awkward questions e.g. "who's fault is it"? Are you receiving conflicting advice about what will help? You might feel jealous of others who are pregnant, angry at the injustice, leading to guilt for having "bad" thoughts. You may also be grieving previous pregnancy loss. Having navigated my own infertility journey, I experienced a rollercoaster of emotions. I empathise with feeling out of control, others not understanding, and the overriding fear that you may never have the family you so desperately yearn for.
Experiencing infertility is challenging; it's difficult to know where to turn, what will help and even with funding for treatment, there is a financial burden. The desire to have a baby is all consuming and this can make you vulnerable and impatient. I work with individuals to find their grounding, manage their emotions and mindset, and re-gain some power.
If you are seeking support to explore how infertility is impacting you, and find ways to manage, you are very welcome to get in contact. You can book in a free 15 minute complimentary call where we can discuss what you want from counselling, how I can best support you and from there you can decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
