My clients are people who have reached a point in their lives where they no longer feel themselves; no longer feel comfortable with life, or for whom something overwhelming has happened or is happening which they can't easily deal with. Such crossroads are met by us all sooner or later and having some help, knowing we are not alone can make all the difference. I will give you time, space and opportunity to be heard; to be able to explain and explore your feelings knowing that I will listen without judgement but offering you another perspective so that you can find your own solutions.
I will work with you to help you understand what is currently impacting on your ability to lead the fulfilling life you hoped for; what is causing you hurt and distress; how your relationships are affected; how your difficulties are played out at work, at home and how your past may be influencing your current choices and future possibilities.
I am a Couple Counsellor who trained and worked with Relate and also with Rape Crisis and in The NHS Psychology Department, Hereford Hospital counselling older people. I have a wide and in-depth experience across several fields and all my work is driven by the desire to help you to improve your life in whatever way is important to you
