Are you feeling stuck, unheard, anxious-then I hope we can work together. My work is principally founded in exploring how our early experiences, and relationships influence how we feel and relate today including how culture, identity, race, gender, and family dynamics shape emotional life causing individuals to be silenced, shamed and estranged. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor offering a reflective and culturally sensitive space for supporting all adults who want to understand themselves more deeply. I have worked in a range of clinical settings including The Priory Hospital, NHS Talking Therapies and Age UK.
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking mental health support. My counselling and psychotherapy services aim to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a confidential setting. Through compassionate listening and reflection we work will collaboratively to enable positive growth.
I have always been fascinated by what shapes us as people, what helps us get through life’s challenges and what enables us to thrive. I believe each of us have unique strengths and potential but sometimes through life’s experiences can sometimes become blocked.
