Hello. I'm Gemma, a qualified and registered Counsellor. I offer one-to-one counselling to adults from my private practice in Hedge End, Southampton. I work with adults of all ages, genders & sexualities to heal from anxiety, depression, bereavement, abuse & relationship difficulties.
