I am Gavin and with over four decades of life experience and 20+ years in therapeutic practice, I feel I offer my clients a seasoned wisdom, both grounded and compassionate.

My clients range from their mid 20's to their 80's, scaffolders to doctors and those also qualified or in training in therapy or counselling
At 62, I bring not only extensive clinical expertise but also the perspective of someone who has walked through many of life’s complexities.
I am not bound by any single therapeutic modality and have found no single approach fits everyone — instead, I draw from a rich tapestry of approaches, such as CBT,NLP, ACT, Existentialism and Mindfulness.
Beyond my many years of experience and training, my work is deeply informed by my long-standing Buddhist practice, which supports me in meeting clients with presence, patience, and a deep respect for their own inner wisdom.
Outside of my practice I enjoy time in nature, I walk, I fish and try to keep physically active.
