Many people come to counselling because they can't understand why they think or feel like they do. Maybe you feel misunderstood or unheard or anxious a lot of the time. Maybe you are down or depressed and possibly struggling to see the point sometimes. Has something happened or changed in your life that you are struggling to make sense of. You may have lost someone or something and are finding it hard to come to terms with. Whatever is troubling you I will provide a trusted, accepting and safe space where you can move towards your acceptance and understanding of yourself.
I provide Counselling/Psychotherapy within a comfortable garden room at Ixworth, Suffolk (between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford in Norfolk). This is a confidential, accepting and safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and begin to understand yourself and "why". I am comfortable with providing online counselling if that is your preference.
Whatever you are experiencing, the causes are often linked to relationships so it is hardly surprising that one of the key aspects of successful counselling is the relationship between you and your counsellor. To honour this principle I have no minimum or maximum number of sessions: They are booked only after your reflection with no minimum commitment.
