I also work with addictions, including alcohol problems. specialising in CBT focused therapies, EMDR therapy which is highly effective.
I'm also a Schema Therapist specialising in childhood traumas and difficult past experiences, that may affect present daily functioning, and trained in Hypnotherapy.
These therapies have proven highly effective in treating many conditions. I adhere to the BACP code of ethical practice.
