Hi I am Dr Gary Lynch I think that everyone has a unique life experience, and therefore chooses the approach best suited to the individual and issue. I believe people can often struggle to ask for help especially help with how they are feeling and the problems they are internally struggling with. Why should it be like that? it doesn't have to be. I can help you in the following areas: Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Sexuality, Sexual intimacy issues, Addiction, Stress. My role as a psychologist is to explore each client’s personal world and problems and give them tools to understand and better their lives.
I work with the NHS, helping people in distress. I work extensively with relational issues and how they relate to self-esteem, depression and anxiety. I pioneered a CBT intervention within NHS for people with relationship, intimacy and sexual confidence issues. My approach depends on the person I am treating, but always investigates the individual's world
