Hello. I am a trained and qualified therapist and counsellor, working within a whole range of issues, especially focusing on clients with hard to address issues. I work with clients with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, addictions, emotional disregulation, child abuse issues, PTSD, and so many others. I have experienced some of these issues myself as a result of a toxic childhood, so I can add personal experience and empathy to professional training to help you resolve your issues
I understand that we all go through difficulties and make good and bad decisions in very difficult circumstances. I am very clear that I practice in a very non judgemental way. This is very important to me. And although professional I am friendly in my approach. I know that starting therapy can be difficult for many people.
