Rainbow Hearts Counselling is a place where the whole you is welcomed. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, grieving, anxious, or simply in need of someone to walk alongside you, I offer a warm and grounded space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected. As a queer therapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a practice that is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ identities – but more than that, it’s a space for everyone. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, and no two stories are the same.
My work is human-first and heart-led. I practise from an integrative foundation, blending person-centred values with tools drawn from pluralistic, behavioural, and creative approaches – always shaped around you. I offer a space that is explicitly inclusive and welcoming of LGBTQ+ identities – but my door is open to everyone.
