I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist holding an accreditation with Pink Therapy as a Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) therapist. I hold a diploma at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS) in Compulsive Sexual Behaviours, accredited by the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). My core training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy was at the The Bowlby Centre in London, with a specialism in Attachment. My clinical approach incorporates different techniques and approaches relevant for the individual needs, mirroring the complexity of human experience and ever expanding self knowledge .
I work with people that are looking to explore their Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity. I specialise in Compulsive Sexual Behaviours (CSB) of people, including an interest in Clinical Sexology for Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), men who are questioning or confused about their sexuality
I offer therapy that is relational, sex-positive, collaborative, and LGBTQi+ affirmative. My lived experience is integral to how I work. I draw on interventions and ideas from multiple modalities, and I have been trained to work therapeutically in a trauma informed way.
