I'm here to offer a private, confidential and safe environment, without judgement in which you can talk openly to find different ways of thinking enabling you to gain clearer thoughts. I am respectful of all individuals life experiences as I have the understanding and experience to help you gain the most from our sessions. I offer warmth, compassion and a welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, worries, feelings, stresses and issues: work, life changes, health, student life, role reversals, relationships and suicidal thoughts etc. I offer a open space to explore any concerns that are causing conflicts within your life in the hope of finding positive resolutions.
