I offer therapeutic counselling to children, young people and adults. I have worked with children and young people within education for just over 20 years. I also educated myself further in Forest School and taught outdoors. Throughout this time is where I learned a great deal about the benefits of nature and the natural effects it has on health and well-being. I trained as a person centred therapist because I am passionate about empowering people to learn more about themselves and strive for positive change. I also experienced my own difficulties and trauma during childhood
I use creative methods to be able to tailor the therapy to the clients individual needs. This can be through talking, play, clay, walking, sand play, nature/woodland and more.
I offer a free 30 min free session as a meet and greet.
