I am am integrative counsellor, NLP Practitioner and Coach working with adults and children/young people; I provide counselling/coaching in person/online and outdoor therapy. I offer sessions that can help you process and understand experiences you have had in the past, currently experiencing and look to the future with renewed hope. Together we can look at removing limiting beliefs and improving your mindset using coaching to develop your future goals. I am compassionate and hope filled in the work that we will do; together we can help you start new ways to live the life you desire.

What happens next? I suggest we have an initial phone call and decide if I am the person for you, we will then arrange our first session either in person in Cardiff or online via phone/video call. I find it is helpful for us to meet weekly to develop our relationship and keep on track of the goals you may want to set in our sessions.
