I am an integrative counsellor, NLP Practitioner and Coach working with adults and children/young people; I offer counselling or coaching in person/online and outdoor therapy. I offer sessions that can help you process and understand experiences you have had in the past, currently experiencing and look to the future with renewed hope.
What happens next? I suggest we have an initial phone call and decide if I am the person for you, we will then arrange our first session either in person in Cardiff or online via phone/video call. I find it is helpful for us to meet weekly to develop our relationship and keep on track of the goals you may want to set in our sessions.
