Hi, I’m Gaby, and I'm here to support you to find a creative way through your challenges. I've been working in the field of mental health for 12 years, and in that time I've gathered a toolkit of different approaches which allows me to tailor therapy to meet your individual needs. We can work towards a particular goal of your choice, or we can take an exploratory, open-ended approach. Either way, sessions will go at your own pace and on your terms.
My qualifications include CBT, Person Centred Therapy and Psychology (MSc). With a keen interest in intersectionality, I have significant experience working with ADHD and LGBTQIA+ communities, both of which are close to my heart. I will support you to understand and challenge the barriers that keep you stuck, uncovering your authentic self in the process.
I believe that congruence is key in the therapeutic relationship, so you can count on an honest, empathic and good-humoured approach from me, as we work together to explore what is troubling you.
