I am an Oxford-based counsellor and psychotherapist (MSc) , EMDR and trauma therapist offering online and face-to-face counselling specialising in anxiety, depression, disordered eating, abuse, self-esteem related and relationship issues. I will help you to build up your strength and resilience so that you can face life’s challenges with greater ease. Through therapy, you will learn how to make empowering choices, and regain control over your feelings, actions and relationships. My aim is to support you in releasing your emotional blocks and in finding resolution to painful past events so that you can live a more fulfilling life.
I practice gestalt psychotherapy combined with EMDR, NLP, solution-focused and inner-child work . In our sessions, we will identify your strength, your existing resources and will create small, manageable steps toward reaching your desired goal. Through exploration, you will become more equipped at building satisfying relationships with yourself and others.
