Before training in psychology, I had a long career in business and technology. I understand from the inside the pressures of responsibility, performance, and constant mental activity. This background gives me a practical understanding of the pressures that often accompany responsibility, leadership, and high performance.
My approach is practical, integrative, and tailored to the individual rather than a fixed protocol. Alongside therapy, I use EMDR and clinical hypnotherapy when appropriate, helping people move beyond insight and create lasting change. I offer online therapy to clients across the UK and internationally, in both English and Romanian.
