I am a professionally qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, experienced working with individuals with a wide range of issues. I have a special interest in helping people who struggle in their relationships, whether that is after a betrayal or infidelity or having trouble communicating and getting your needs met, or dealing with a dramatic life change, such as the end of a relationship or divorce. I use my extensive experience as a therapist to help my clients understand how the past may have impacted the way they relate to others and to help them grow towards more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
My manner has been described as deeply empathetic and compassionate. I offer a safe, accepting non-judgemental and grounded space to help support you focus on what you need in our sessions. I have experience of working with a wide range of clients and issues and of working with long term clients as well as short time focused work.
I offer a free initial half hour Zoom session to prospective clients, for you to get an opportunity to meet me and decide if you feel you would like to work with me. (Please note I now only work on Zoom, and I work with individuals, not couples.)
