Hi! I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor (MNCPS Accred.). I offer relatable, relational, and down-to-earth therapy for adults.
I work with an awareness of intersectionality, cultural diversity, and individual beliefs. I specialise in family, friendship, and romantic relationships - supporting clients through endings, deepening intimacy, and healing trauma, including intergenerational patterns. I’m neurodivergent-affirming and have worked with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, as well as visible and invisible disabilities. I have experience working with addiction, self-harm and suicide.
I help people move from avoidance, inner chaos, fear, self-doubt, and feeling lost, stuck or disengaged to ease, clarity, liberation, and connection themselves and others.
