My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing counselling/hypnotherapy & ADHD support in a neutrally safe space; I listen to your concerns and customise to suit individual needs.
As a Counsellor I use techniques from the Person Centred, Gestalt & Transactional Analysis approaches within a recognised framework, I love to work creatively too. As a Hypnotherapist I offer the "Rewind/Reframe" technique for phobias, trauma & PTSD. I am also an ADHD Practitioner.
I work with individuals from all walks of life & I like to think of myself as a caring, nurturing Counsellor helping others find their inner self & be their own autonomous person. Using a creative side I love to work using different mediums & tools within sessions & have gained extra insight & knowledge through attending Creative workshops.
