I provide affirming, culturally competent psychosexual therapy that celebrates and supports clients across a wide range of issues, honouring each individual's unique identity, relationship structure and sexual expression.
I am pluralist psychosexual and relationship therapist, which means I believe that no individual therapeutic approach can resolve all client presentations and that different people are likely to want, and benefit from, different interventions in therapy.
Discovering new perspectives and reflecting on your lived experience can be a healing and invigorating experience – particularly when it comes to sex and relationships. With this in mind, my approach is holistic; I prioritise developing a therapeutic connection to build trust and a supportive and safe environment for clients to thrive, not just survive.
