Hi, I’m Freya, an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent identifying psychotherapist with a particularly interested in supporting others within these communities and what it means to live the life we want authentically and well. If you don’t identify as any of those, that’s okay, too. I am happy to support you as you are. All of you is welcome. I offer in-person and remote sessions to individual adults seeking therapy. None of us are invulnerable to life’s challenges and difficulties. Sometimes in our lives we can find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, fearful and isolated.
Through therapy, we can untangle ourselves, pursue the changes we want and seek the support we need whilst exploring what it means to be who we are in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I have experience working with many concerns, but I am particularly passionate about working with trauma, anxiety, identity-issues and those in crisis.
I have a background in Transactional Analysis, but I also work in a trauma-informed and relational way through a number of methods, from working exploratively and creatively to pursuing practical skills and tools.
