Freedom is that time in space when you are allowed to be truly yourself – a time to do what you want, when you want it and not be shackled by others agenda’s. This singular word is extremely precious and valuable to me because there have been times when I felt I had no freedom. My aim is to work with you in a holistic way, My training allows me to tailor make the therapy to you at any individual time. I work with a variety of issues and believe that everyone has the capability for change. Come and experience the lovely purpose built log cabin, a private space nestled amongst trees with a log burner and a cosy, homely feel.
I was a weight loss consultant for 7 years and have experience in a rehab for alcohol and drug addiction. This gave me a really good understanding of addiction both with emotional eating and substance addiction. I am able to help you understand the underlying issues and triggers of which anger can often play a part.
I understand how difficult it is to make the decision to attend therapy. Finding the right person to be alongside you on your journey, a safe pair of hands to hold what you bring, is paramount. I allow you to be autonomous and work at your own pace. It's important that you feel we can work together and you don't commit to therapy until after we've met.
