I have over 12 years of experience of counselling working with clients from all walks of life. I have worked with some high profile people who have put their trust in me. I help people find achievable goals encompassing psychotherapeutic tools such as speech analysis and problem solving, allowing for better ways of relating to family and friends.
My speciality is working with clients recovering from Domestic Abuse, any toxic abuse following relationships with Narcissists, be they partners or family members.
I have successfully treated many survivors who have left or are planning to disengage from toxicity. I understand the shame, sadness and complicated feelings survivors can have for their partners/parents.
