I am a psychosexual and relationship therapist, working with individuals and couples/multiple partnered people to help guide and support with whatever you bring into the room. We explore the ways in which sex may be impacting or affecting your life in a safe, non-judgemental space. I believe the therapeutic relationship is incredibly impactful and I work in a collaborative way with my clients to bring the best out in them or their relationship.
I provide a space in which to build trust, to allow your mind to go to places you may not have felt comfortable to before. If coming as part of a couple then I work in way that allows both people to feel heard and validated whilst working to bring the two (or more) of you together - if that’s what you are here to do.
Therapy may be the only time in your whole week to focus on you, your partner and your sexual world. I consider it a real gift to give yourself and/or another person uninterrupted time to explore difficulties and gain insight on how you may see things from another perspective and feel safe whilst doing so.
