Frank McCormick Counselling provides a counselling and psychotherapy service in the Newry and Warrenpoint area. My main Counselling Centre is located in Warrenpoint in a fully accessible building overlooking Carlingford Lough, it's just a 10 minute drive from Newry and has free car parking available directly opposite. My aim is to promote and improve your mental health and happiness by reducing your suffering and stress through professional and confidential psychological therapy. Specialising in CBT, Frank offers help with Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Panic Attacks, Bereavement, Low Self Esteem, Stress & Childhood Trauma.
Frank McCormick is a professionally qualified therapist, offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, anger management, panic attacks, social anxiety, low self-esteem and sleep issues. Frank conducts weekly counselling sessions on these and a number of other issues in his Co. Down office in Warrenpoint.
I use a blend of counselling approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the person-centred approach and the psychodynamic approach. I am passionate about helping you feel good again and establishing a strong therapeutic bond. I will provide you with self-help literature and teach you how to become your own therapist.
