Hi, my name is Franco. I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor working online and face-to-face in London Bridge SE1.

My practice is integrative which means I draw from different psychotherapeutic approaches to inform my work and tailor the therapy to your needs. Some of the theories I draw upon are psychodynamic, person-centred, existential, attachment theory, and trauma-informed practice.
My work is underpinned by the belief that human beings are fundamentally relational and that our wellbeing is greatly influenced by the quality of our connections with others. I work collaboratively, building a strong alliance where exploration, self-acceptance and growth are facilitated in ways that suit each client's individual needs.
