If you are struggling with unresolved emotions, anxiety, depression, or patterns in your life that seems beyond your control, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is a powerful tool for investigating the impact of our past and present experiences on our feelings, behaviours, and intentions in life. Psychodynamic Psychotherapy is a relational journey of self-exploration. As a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where to understand deep-rooted issues and foster lasting change.
Through our work, we will uncover the underlying causes of your challenges, helping you gain insight, develop healthier relationships, and achieve personal growth. In therapy we will be exploring how your past experiences impact you in your present, and how these experiences may play out unconsciously in your daily life, in ways that you may not be aware of.
In the past decade I have worked in the social care and mental health sector, particularly with autism and learning disabilities, as well as doing counselling charitable work with elderly people. Besides working as psychotherapist in private practice, I offer counselling to students at a university and personalised mentoring.
