Hello and welcome. I am a therapist and lecturer in counselling with over 10 years of experience based in Islington, supporting adults navigating stressful and anxious times.
I have particular experience in helping individuals with issues related to self-esteem. It can be challenging to manage emotions, and a combination of factors can lead to poor mental health and feeling unheard or misunderstood.
Therapy can bring freedom from a critical inner voice. I have extensive experience supporting clients suffering from depression and helping them through periods of feeling lost, empty and numb.
You might be feeling lonely, worried or find yourself constantly having the same argument with your partner. You may be struggling with insecurities, low mood and motivation. Or perhaps how you feel is hard to describe.
I can help you navigate difficult feelings and try to make sense of what you are going through so you can feel able to move forward.
I also bring a wealth of experience in navigating the ebbs and flows of couple and family issues.
