I am a Psychotherapist (MA) and EMDR therapist. My experience includes working with adverse experiences and challenges. My approach is empathetic, non-judgemental and person-centred. I specialise in anxiety, attachment and trauma informed care. My work with adults includes working with refugees, students from Liverpool and Chester University, NHS staff members who struggled through the Covid pandemic and corporate private clients. I have an MA in Creative Psychotherapy and I am trained in EMDR therapy. I have diplomas in CBT and NLP. My practice draws on neuroscience changing neural pathways through the brain, body connection using embodiment.
My belief is that everyone should be seen and heard as their true selves, removing barriers and working on coming to the true self.
