As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I work on an open ended basis with adults and adolescents over the age of 16. I work within a relational modality where we think together about the present dynamic in the therapeutic relationship and how the past may have contributed to your current way of being in the world. My extensive, psychoanalytically informed training means I do not spend much time adhering to labels or endorsing simplified explanations of your unique experience.
I work in private practice across two locations, both a short drive or bus ride from Winchester. I am also a counsellor at a London university and have valuable experience working with young adults adapting to a transitional period of life. Previously, I worked as a mentor in the women’s service of a charity, both one-to-one and in groups.
