Hello, thankyou for looking at my profile. My intention is to develop a therapeutic alliance, a safe space to provide a hearing, a listening. Being with a committed other, every week is a rare and precious gift to yourself. This time will be your time. I am an integrative practitioner which means I bring everything I know, theoretically, intuitively, physically and emotionally, in the service of the other, in the moment. Locating feeling and releasing of emotions, is welcomed, through the body, voice or with artworks. I am committed to giving you and your experiences a full hearing, and so change will occur.
I have had experience of working with parents, children and young people. With people facing anxiety, depression and low mood. I have worked with people with mental health diagnosis in various settings. Schools, Hostels, Mental health wards, outpatients, and private practice. I offer a safe space for you to explore your difficulties and for reflection.
