I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with experience in supporting people with psychological difficulties such as anxiety disorders (e.g. generalized anxiety, OCD, phobia, panic and social anxiety) and low mood, as well as low self-esteem, insecurity and fear of failure.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In order to reach your goals, I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space and will encourage collaboration at all stages of the therapeutic work. To help you decide whether I am the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation. Please note that I only offer online sessions. Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 2pm.
