My name is Francesca Grundy MA, MSt (Oxon.), PGCE, Dip. Couns. and I am the founder of North Manchester Counselling. It would be my privilege to work collaboratively with you towards a happier life and more peaceful mind. If a teen client is neuro-diverse, they may benefit in some psychoeducation to help understand how the brain works. I find that 6-8 sessions is ideal for most clients to feel significantly better. We may use CBT, art therapy techniques, images, crafts and calming exercises.
