I am a BACP qualified counsellor working in a person-centred way. This means I offer a warm, supportive and nurturing environment where I will listen without judgement and prejudice to whatever feels most significant to you.
My background is in the NHS providing physical/emotional rehabilitation to stroke patients. I have proven counselling experience supporting clients coping with a bereavement as well as those affected by a life-limiting illness such as cancer. I also have experience working with other concerns such as stress, anxiety and depression.
